While I love to work on the more precise pieces, every once in a while it is fun to indulge in something a little more imaginative. A dear friend of mine wanted a few pieces done for her nursery as she is expecting a little bundle of joy soon. Also being a fan of all things marine, she wanted a few such themed pieces to go on the wall. Excitedly I went to work!

In order to keep consistent with her other decorations, I made my designs in a similar style, using repetitive edge lines, giving the art an almost wood like appearance. I sketched all the pieces by hand and then put them into photoshop/illustrator to digitize and color them. Once they were all ready I had them printed onto decals so that we can put them on the walls.
