I am excited to announce I have a new piece up as part of an exhibition called Nature’s Call: Natural History of the West at the Clymer Museum and Gallery, in Ellensburg. The exhibition centers subjects from around the Pacific Northwest, and features other artists from the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators, Northwest Chapter.
The exhibition kicks off the opening this Friday, May 6th from 5-7pm and runs through June 25th.
I will be exhibiting my brand new piece depicting a Grunt Sculpin, Rhamphocottus richardsonii. The top layer is done in colored pencil and graphite. With the background done digitally.
